This study investigates the association between student personality traits and alexithymia among university students. In this cross-sectional study, 290 students were selected through multistage cluster sampling. Standard questionnaires of 5 personality traits (NEO Five-Factor Inventory) and the Toronto Alexithymia Scale were used to determine alexithymia and personality traits.

Background: Biventricular dysfunction is frequent in patients with repaired tetralogy of Fallot, necessitating routine imaging to monitor for worsening conditions and determine whether procedures like pulmonary valve replacement (PVR) are needed. This study aimed to highlight the parameters of cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMR) and their association with adverse outcomes in the midterm follow-up of these patients.

In this study, we proposed a novel technique to simultaneously enhance the oxygen barrier properties and stiffness of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) while preserving its ductility. By utilizing in situ nanofibrillation, fiber-in-fiber composites of an HDPE matrix and ethylene-vinyl alcohol (EVOH) nanofibers were fabricated. Due to the high interfacial tension between HDPE and EVOH, stemming from their differences in chemical structure and polarity, styrene/ethylene-butylene/styrene copolymer grafted with maleic anhydride (SEBS--MA) was used as a compatibilizer to improve the affinity between the two polymers.
