The role of ubiquitin-mediated degradation mechanisms in the pathogenesis of diffuse large B cell (DLBCL) and follicular lymphoma (FL) is not completely understood. We show that conditional deletion of the E3 ubiquitin ligase Fbxo45 in germinal center B-cells results in B-cell lymphomagenesis in homozygous (100%) and heterozygous (48%) mice. Mechanistically, FBXO45 targets the RHO guanine exchange factor ARHGEF2/GEF-H1 for ubiquitin-mediated degradation.

This case report presents the successful management of tibial shaft fracture (proximal 1/3rd junction) along with ipsilateral PCL avulsion fracture of tibia using a novel approach using open reduction internal fixation (ORIF) of tibial shaft with Locking compression plate (LCP) with cannulated cancellous screw and spiked washer fixation of PCL avulsion. There are no case reports or research articles available for the management of PCL avulsion fracture of tibia associated with ipsilateral tibial shaft fracture.

In this study, we assessed the factors that influence the amount of circulating dd-cfDNA during the first month postkidney transplant as well as its longitudinal trend. A consecutive series of 98 adult kidney transplant recipients at a single center between July 2018 and January 2020 were included in this study.
