In the present report, we have described the case of a 58-year-old woman with AIOD and multiple medical comorbidities. She successfully underwent a novel intraoperative transesophageal echocardiography-guided combined treatment with concurrent descending thoracic aorta to bilateral femoral artery bypass and thoracic endovascular aortic repair.
