Metastatic Alveolar Soft Part Sarcoma Presenting as an Adrenal Incidentaloma: A Case Report with Review of Literature.

Metastasis of alveolar soft part sarcoma (ASPS) to the adrenal gland is infrequent, with only eight patients reported in the literature. Here we present an ASPS in an adolescent girl presented as a hypervascular adrenal incidentaloma along with a review of the available literature. This study aims to serve as a reference to aid in the pre-operative radiological and histopathological diagnosis of this rare entity.

Immediate second resection versus restage transurethral resection of bladder tumor: A prospective randomized clinical trial (IMMERSE trial).

Background: The role of repeat transurethral resection of bladder tumor (TURBT) for the management of nonmuscle invasive bladder carcinoma is debated, especially when initial resections include detrusor muscle. This study compares immediate second resection (additional deep biopsies in the same session) with standard restage TURBT performed 2-6 weeks post-initial TURBT to determine adequacy in detrusor muscle sampling and compare the disease rate at restage TURBT in both groups.

Material And Methods: A randomized trial was conducted at a tertiary care hospital, including patients aged ≥18 years undergoing TURBT with complete primary tumor resection.

Introduction: To evaluate the feasibility, safety, and effectiveness of different pyeloplasty procedure approaches for pelvicureteric junction (PUJ) obstruction in kidney anomalies. The presence of difficult, unfamiliar and anomalous anatomy makes pyeloplasty challenging in these conditions.
