Introduction: Non-fluent variant of primary progressive aphasia (nfvPPA) is a neurodegenerative disorder with a predominantly speech and language impairment. Apraxia of speech and expressive agrammatisms along with decreased speech fluency and impaired grammar comprehension are the most typical disorder manifestations but with the course of the disease other language disturbances may also arise. Most studies have investigated these symptoms individually, and there is still no consensus on whether they have similar or different neuroanatomical foundations in nfvPPA.

Primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) is a rare neoplasm that can affect the brain, eyes, and, rarely, the spinal cord. Clinical presentation and MRI findings can mimic a variety of diseases, including high-grade gliomas, infectious and granulomatous diseases, and demyelinating diseases. We describe three cases where the diagnosis of PCNSL was difficult due to an ambiguous clinical, radiological and laboratory results.

A diagnosis of CJD is usually based on specific clinical signs, EEG and MRI findings, as well as the presence of the 14-3-3 protein in the cerebrospinal fluid. Although end-stage CJD usually has a typical clinical presentation, early symptoms may be variable.

However, the alterations in EEG and fMRI resting-state functional connectivity (rsFC), as well as their interrelations, at different stages of HD remain insufficiently investigated. This study aimed to identify neurophysiological alterations in individuals with preclinical HD (preHD) and early manifest HD (EMHD) by analyzing EEG and fMRI rsFC and examining their interrelationships.
