Purpose: To describe the outcomes of a survey on the provision of interventional radiology procedures for the treatment of acute pulmonary embolism (PE) in Europe and beyond.
Methods: An online survey with 14 structured items was designed by the authors and was sent to 7116 CIRSE members via email. The anonymous online survey collected data for eight weeks; only complete responses were statistically analysed.
Triaging is an important step in deciding which items collected from crime scenes to select for forensic analysis, and so subsequent examination and findings often depend on it. This study aims to evaluate the influence of casework pressures and tolerance to ambiguity on triaging of items collected from a crime scene. A realistic pressure manipulation paradigm was developed and was found to be effective in inducing feelings of pressure in participants in an online setting.

We hypothesized that survival to hospital discharge for surgical-cardiac category is higher than the non-cardiac category, and rates of survival after in-hospital CPR increased over time in all categories.
Methods: The AHA Get With The Guidelines®-Resuscitation registry was queried for index CPR events in children < 18 years of age from 2000 to 2021.
Background/rationale: Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) is a chronic, progressive disease of unknown origin. Establishing the epidemiology of IPF has been challenging due to diagnostic complexity, poor survival, low prevalence, and heterogeneity of ascertainment methodologies.
Objectives: This research aimed to estimate the rates of IPF in central and western Pennsylvania and to pilot the use of capture recapture (CR) methods to estimate the disease incidence.
