We obtained a hiPSC line from skin fibroblasts of a patient affected by familial atrial fibrillation by nucleofection of non-integrating episomal vectors. The resulting hiPSC line displays a normal karyotype, expresses pluripotency surface markers and pluripotency genes, and differentiates into cells of the 3 germ layers.
