Evaluation of the Quality of Educational Content of YouTube Videos on Silver Diamine Fluoride.

Aim: The aim of this research is to assess the accuracy and educational content concerning silver diamine fluoride (SDF) videos available on YouTube.

Materials And Methods: Videos were sought on YouTube using relevant keywords related to SDF in pediatric dentistry the Google Trends application. There were a total of 70 videos accessible.

Effect of thyroid dysfunction on apoptosis markers: Caspase-3 and Bcl-2 among Iraqi patients.

Thyroid hormones are considered vital for cellular life history starting from its proliferation, differentiation, and ending up with its apoptosis. However, there are very limited human studies concerning the effect of thyroid dysfunction on the levels of apoptosis markers. Therefore, the aim of this cross-sectional study was to examine the effect of thyroid dysfunction (hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism) on the levels of serum caspase-3, B-cell lymphoma (Bcl-2) and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) among patients in Babylon, Iraq.

Prostate cancer frequently metastasizes to bones; however, the detection of metastases can be challenging in rare locations. We present the case of a 76-year-old man with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer with lymph nodal and skeletal metastases who underwent 177Lu-prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) therapy. Initial 18F-PSMA PET/CT scan acquired until the midthigh failed to identify metastases in the foot, but posttherapy 177Lu-PSMA scan revealed the presence of metastases in the navicular and cuboid bones of the right foot, which is a very rare finding.
