[ANALYSIS OF RADIATION IN THE DEPLOYMENT OF MILITARY UNITS OF THE MINISTRY OF DEFENSE OF UKRAINE].

There were observed radiation hazardous objects and zone of possibie rauioactive contaminationof the area with military units, and also possibility of influence of adverse factors (radiation) on the human organism. There is also available characteristic of Ukrainian nuclear Powers, number of population, that lives on the area with different pollution degree.

[The wound drainage after operation on thyroid gland].

Efficacy of active draining, promoting the most rapid reconvalescence and rehabilitation of the patients, in comparison to passive wound draining was studied up in various diseases of thyroid gland and operative intervention volume. The autors have had concluded, that suturing of operative wound without draining after hemithyroidectomy conduction is possible, as well as a thyroidectomy for nodular and multinodular goiter, if the excised volume of the lobe/gland do not exceed 15 cm3 and in nonapplication of anticoagulants.

[Transplantation of organic culture of adrenal grand cortical substance in the treatment of post-adrenalectomy hypocorticoidism].

The organ culture transplantation of the adrenals cortical substance of a newborn piglets was applied while 94 patients treatment to whom total adrenalectomy for Itsenko--Cushing disease was done. Significant lowering of the substitutional hormonal therapy (steroid preparations) dosage was permitted due to the noted improvement of hypocorticism clinical course and an organism hormonal security indexes. The clinical effect duration is 6-9 months.
