Guideline: Neurorehabilitation in patients with disorder of consciousness. Recommendations from the Spanish Society of Neurorehabilitation.

Introduction: Clinical practice guidelines in neurorehabilitation for adults with disorders of consciousness by the Spanish Neurorehabilitation Society. This document is based on a review of international clinical practice guidelines published between 2015 and 2022.

Method: A total of 7 articles, corresponding to 5 clinical practice guidelines published between 2015 and 2022, were selected by the group of authors from a pool of 48 bibliographic references extracted from various databases in accordance with predefined search criteria.

Unraveling dynamic transcriptomic changes in sheep's lactating mammary gland following Escherichia coli lipopolysaccharide exposure.

Mammary gland infections constitute a significant challenge in dairy sheep, affecting productivity and welfare. Temporal RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) provide a valuable approach to evaluate the evolution of the host defensive molecular mechanisms triggered by mastitis caused by external agents or events. This study aimed to characterize the transcriptomic response of sheep mammary glands to an intramammary inflammation induced with an Escherichia coli LPS inoculation based on RNA-Seq samples generated from milk somatic cells collected at 3 time points: pre-inoculation (0 h), and 6 h and 24 h post-LPS inoculation.

Impact on Fatality Rates and Years of Life Lost During the COVID-19 Pandemic: The Experience of the Mexican Public Health Incident Management Command.

Background: The SARS-CoV-2 pandemic challenged health systems worldwide. In Mexico, the Public Health Incident Management Command (COISS) strategy was implemented to improve health care for patients with COVID-19 who required hospitalization.

Aim: To evaluate the impact of the COISS strategy on case fatality rates (CFR) and years of life lost (YLL) in hospitalized patients with COVID-19.
