Arrhythmias in the neonatal period are common and can be classified as bradyarhythmias and tachyarrhythmias and as benign or non-benign. Neonatal arrhythmias are further differentiated between those with abnormalities in generation (non-sinus) and those with abnormalities in propagation. Because the neonatal myocardium is immature and operates at the peak of the Starling curve, significant changes in heart rate can result in a decline in cardiac output and compromise end-organ perfusion.

Method: Medical records and video recordings of 14 dogs with suspected rapid eye movement sleep behaviour disorder were reviewed and the owners were contacted via telephone or email for further information.
Results: Clinical signs included episodes of violent limb movements, howling, barking, growling, chewing, or biting during sleep.

The low temperature viscosities of three glasses established as viscosity standards at the National Bureau of Standards are reported. The data overlap results which appear on the published certificates between 10 and 10 poise and present extensive measurements up to 10 poise. The measurements were made using both the fiber-elongation and beam-bending methods.
