The aim of this single-centre retrospective observational study was to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of an in-class combination therapy switch from bosentan plus sildenafil to ambrisentan plus tadalafil in children with pulmonary arterial hypertension. Children aged over 5 years who were established on sildenafil plus bosentan were offered to undergo a therapy switch from May 2014 to May 2021 and, if remaining in the service, followed up to May 2024. Children with Eisenmenger syndrome, open intra or extra-cardiac shunt, or with pulmonary hypertension-associated lung disease were excluded.

However, there are no guidelines on how bicycles should be measured and how kinematic data should be collected to increase the reliability of outcomes. This article proposes a consensus regarding bicycle set-up dimensions and recommendations for collecting cycling-related kinematic data.

This systematic review and meta-analysis of test accuracy aims to explore the diagnostic performance of CECT in detecting THVMI in blunt trauma.
Methods: The study was conducted according to the Cochrane recommendations searching the PubMed, Scopus, and Cochrane Library datasets from 2000 to 8 September 2023 (PROSPERO ID: CRD42023473041).
The covalent bonding framework of crystalline single-bonded cubic AsN, recently synthesized under high pressure and high temperature conditions in a laser-heated diamond anvil cell, is here studied by means of density functional theory calculations and compared to single crystal X-ray diffraction data. The precise localization of the nonbonding electron lone pairs and the determination of their distances and orientations are related to the presence of characteristic structural motifs and space regions of the unit cell dominated by repulsive electronic interactions, with the relative orientation of the electron lone pairs playing a key role in minimizing the energy of the structure. We find that the vibrational modes associated with the expression of the lone pairs are strongly localized, an observation that may have implications for the thermal conductivity of the compound.
