Three recent cases of cervical pregnancy form the basis of a review of its principal clinical and ultrasonographic characteristics and their resultant management consequences. Ultrasonography enables better diagnosis and management, leading to the preservation of subsequent fertility.

[Psychogenic sterility].

Even the definition of psychogenic sterility is ambiguous, the number of psychogenic sterilities is uncertain and the limits of psychogenic sterility vary considerably from one author to another. The author of this paper attempts to circumscribe a shifting pathology and warns against using psychosomatic conditions as the "hold-all for our ignorance".

The authors remind of the difficulty in defining psychogenic sterilities and evaluating their exact frequency. Then, they attempt to offer a classification based on clinical examples. Secondary sterilities of psychogenic origin are only seen in women who have lost a child in the pre, per or post-partum period.
