[A mathematical simulation model of the AIDS pandemic].

In this work the mathematical model of the spread of AIDS pandemic over 5 regions of the world are presented. With the values of all parameters corresponding to the initial dynamics of the process the prognosis obtained with the use of this model is highly unfavorable. The program of mathematical modeling, developed in this investigation, may help in the evaluation of the effectiveness of different measures aimed at the liquidation of the epidemic process and in their correction, as well as in the choice of the optimum strategy of AIDS control.
