Introduction And Aims: Functioning neuroendocrine tumors (f-NETs) represent a minority of all NETs, however their management is challenging due to the impact on patients' survival and quality of life. In addition to f-NETs, paraneoplastic syndromes (PNS) are due to substances that are not related to the primary anatomical site, they can develop in different phases of NETs evolution, and might complicate the patient's clinical course. Dedicated guidelines are still scanty.

The symptoms lasted several minutes to a few hours. Video-polygraphic recordings revealed an electromyographic (EMG) pattern of brief, shock-like muscular contractions consistent with myoclonus that correlated with a high-amplitude (70-90 µV), 11-14 Hertz, bilaterally symmetric electroencephalographic (EEG) rhythm over the frontocentral regions.

These systems often require that several sensors, such as Light Detection and Ranging (LIDAR), radio detection and ranging (radar), cameras, etc., work in cooperation, which makes the systems very complex.

The NETest is a tool based on real-time PCR combined with deep learning strategies to specifically identify tumors with a neuroendocrine genotype. Despite the promising results achieved regarding its utility in the field of GEP-NETs, the NETest has not yet entered into routine clinical practice.

This study employs two psychopathology network approaches to identify which post-traumatic symptoms are related to PLEs in a sample of late adolescents. We propose that cPTSD symptoms play a crucial role in explaining the co-occurrence of trauma and PLEs.
