Tennis elbow is a common affliction manifested by symptoms of lateral elbow pain and diminished grip strength. Conservative treatment measures will lead to symptom resolution in most cases. Surgery is reserved for patients with recalcitrant elbow pain unresponsive to nonsurgical management.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to dissect cadaver hands used in the teaching of the Chow endoscopic carpal tunnel release (ECTR) technique and determine the adequacy of transverse carpal ligament (TCL) release and any complications.

Objective: To determine if adrenal glands are enlarged in multiple sclerosis (MS). Patients with MS and major depression are insensitive to glucocorticoid feedback regulation. Depressed patients have excessively high glucocorticoid levels and enlarged adrenal glands.
