Customized nano-biocatalysts of laccase have been made using nano-structured polyaniline viz. nano-fibers and nano-tubes, as immobilization supports and a simultaneous comparison between them has been made. Laccases are poly-phenol oxidases having tremendous utility concerning wider areas of application especially in the field of organic and drug syntheses.

However, UA has limited clinical applicability since it is classified as BCS class IV molecule, characterized by low solubility, low oral bioavailability and low permeability. In the present study, UA was isolated from the biomass marc of Lavandula angustifolia and was structurally modified by an induction of indole ring at the C-3 position and amide group at the C-17 position with the aim to enhance its pharmacological potential.

This study aimed to compare the efficacy of two IV dexamethasone doses (8 mg and 4 mg) in managing postoperative pain in LSCS patients. The objective was to assess whether the 4 mg dose provides comparable pain relief to the 8 mg dose, with the goal of identifying the optimal dosage for effective pain management with minimal side effects.

Background: Venous thromboembolism (VTE) includes deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and pulmonary embolism (PE). We aimed to analyze the risk factors, clinical presentations, evaluation and management strategies as well as outcomes of adult pulmonary thromboembolism cases at a tertiary care center.
Methods: In a retrospective observational study, all consecutive adult pulmonary thromboembolism cases admitted from January 2019 to September 2020 at our center were enrolled in this study.
Background: The evaluation of mediastinal lymphadenopathy and masses poses a diagnostic challenge because of a myriad of possible etiologic causes; their proximity to numerous vital structures and the difficulty of access for biopsy. Computed tomography is an excellent modality for the initial evaluation of mediastinal lymph nodes (LNs). Tissue diagnosis is of paramount importance to confirm the diagnosis of mediastinal lymphadenopathy.
