Hepatoid adenocarcinoma (HAC) of the mediastinum is a rare extrahepatic tumour that pathologically and morphologically resembles hepatocellular carcinoma. Extrahepatic HACs primarily occur in the stomach, ovaries, lung, gallbladder, pancreas and uterus. Patients with mediastinal HAC tend to be male smokers over forty years of age.

Digital technologies have brought changes to the nature and scope of education and led education systems worldwide to adopt strategies and policies for ICT integration. A 20-year-old patient is admitted to the emergency room for chest pain occurring in the context of recurrent left complete pneumothorax. Ultrasensitive troponinemia is elevated to 20 times normal.
