[Traumatic gallbladder rupture in a 9-year-old child].

We present gallbladder rupture following trauma. A 9-year-old boy admitted in 1.5 hours after injury.

[The recurrent lung hydatid cysts in children].

The treatment results of 199 children with lung echinococcosis was performed. 78 (39.2%) had complicated forms of the disease.

[Differential diagnostics of ovarial neoplasms and hydatids of pelvic localization in girls].

An analysis of differential diagnostics and results of treatment of hydatids in pelvis is described. For 36 year exploration and operations were fulfilled in 465 patients with hydatids of different localization, in 6 (1.3%) of them there was pelvic localization.

[Complex therapy of echinococcosis in children].

Results of the immune-enzyme assay (IEA) of children with liver and lung echinococcosis before and after the operation were analyzed. The IEA accuracy was 91% for liver echinococcosis and 57% for lung echinococcosis. Sensitivity was 86% and 55, respectively.

[Surgical management of hepatic hydatid cysts in children].

Analysis of surgical treatment of children with multiple hepatic hydatid cysts is presented. The age of patients was from 4 till 14 years. Desensibilization, hemodynamic adjustment and treatment with hepatoprotectors were used on purpose of preoperative preparation.
