Halorhodospira (Hlr.) halophila strain BN9622 is an extremely halophilic and alkaliphilic purple phototrophic bacterium and has been widely used as a model for exploring the osmoadaptive and photosynthetic strategies employed by phototrophic extreme halophiles that enable them to thrive in hypersaline environments. Here we present the cryo-EM structures of (1) a unique native Hlr.

In pure water, the anionic copolymer is co-self-assembled with the PEG copolymers to form anion/PEG-fused micelles with a controlled aggregation number. By designing the composition or alkyl groups of PEG copolymers, the fused micelle is reversibly self-sorted into discrete anion or PEG micelles in the presence of NaCl.

However, the additional efficacy of aprepitant (APR) in CBDCA-containing treatment remains controversial, and data on multiple-day treatments are limited. Etoposide (ETP) was administered on days 1-3 in the CBDCA + ETP regimen, and it is important to evaluate suitable antiemetic therapy for the regimen.
