Labdane diterpenoid lactone andrographolide has gained attention in medicinal research due to its potential anticancer properties in terms of suppression of the growth, propagation, and relocation of various types of cancerous cells. The current review provides deep insight into the pharmacological analysis of the anticancer secondary metabolite andrographolide. We have attempted to keep an overview on the interaction of promising drugs like ligand molecule andrographolide with various biological targets.

This study aimed to examine the impact of lifestyle-related and cardiovascular risk factors on IA rupture and patient outcomes. : We developed the "MARVIN" (Metabolic and Adverse Risk Factors and Vices Influencing Intracranial Aneurysms) model and conducted a retrospective analysis of 303 patients with 517 IAs, treated between 2007 and 2020.

Optimal parameter identification of solid oxide fuel cell using modified fire Hawk algorithm.

An accurate and efficient approach is required to identify the unknown parameters of solid oxide fuel cell (SOFC) mathematical model for a robust design of any energy system considering SOFC. This research study proposes a modified fire hawk algorithm (MFHA) to determine the values of SOFC model parameters. The performance evaluation of MFHA is tested on two case studies.
