Micturition Hypertension in an Adolescent.

Pheochromocytomas of the urinary bladder are rare tumors that represent <1% of all pheochromocytomas, and their main symptom is hypertension. In children, the evaluation of hypertension should focus on secondary causes, which involves ruling out catecholamine-secreting adrenal and extra-adrenal pheochromocytomas.

Left ventricular reverse remodeling after annular-mitral valve repair in end-stage heart failure of dilated cardiomyopathy: A case report.

Introduction: There are numerous patients with functional mitral regurgitation resulting from dilated cardiomyopathy. The decision between surgical correction and medical management of severe mitral regurgitation in heart failure is often difficult.

Case Presentation: This is a 38-year-old women presented with recurrent symptoms of congestive heart failure.

An Unusual Cause of Neonatal Heart Failure.

Hypertension is an important and under-recognized cause of acquired cardiomyopathy in newborns. Half the etiologies of neonatal hypertension are undetermined. We present a rare case of severe neonatal hypertension with ventricular dysfunction secondary to substance exposure during pregnancy.

[Para valvular leak closure in TAVI].

Literature concerning transcutaneous symptomatic para valvular cardiac leaks closure (PVLC) after trans aortic valve implantation (TAVI) is relatively scarce. Hereby we present 2 clinical cases, one on an Edwards® Sapien 3 valve and the other one on a Medtronic® Evolut R valve. We present also the preliminary results of the 7 PVLC on TAVI included in our prospective FFPP registry during the 2 first years of enrolment (2017-2018), for a total of 158 inclusions for all valves.

Pulmonary Atresia With Ventriculocoronary Arterial Connections and a Large Conoventricular Septal Defect.

Ventriculocoronary arterial connections are typically found in patients with pulmonary atresia with an intact ventricular septum. This report describes a case of ventriculocoronary arterial connections in a patient with pulmonary atresia with a ventricular septal defect. Our case supports recent data suggesting a primary coronary artery developmental anomaly in pulmonary atresia.
