Primary choroidal lymphoma is a rare, slowly progressive intraocular malignancy. Most are low grade B cell lymphomas, often involving tissues adjacent to the choroid such as the subconjunctival space, lacrimal gland or orbit. Ideally, these lesions are biopsied to establish histopathological diagnosis.

Methods: We present a patient with HaNDL who had unique findings of florid optic disc haemorrhages from bilateral central retinal vein occlusions.
Results: Our patient made a full recovery with conservative management.
Objective: To document the clinical presentation, treatment, and visual outcome of sarcoid uveitis and to determine the timing and potential risk factors of sarcoidosis progression to symptomatic systemic disease from the time of sarcoid uveitis diagnosis.
