We report a measurement of exclusive J/ψ and ψ(2s) photoproduction in Au+Au ultraperipheral collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=200  GeV using the STAR detector. For the first time, (i) the ψ(2s) photoproduction in midrapidity at the Relativistic Heavy-Ion Collider has been experimentally measured; (ii) nuclear suppression factors are measured for both the coherent and incoherent J/ψ production. At average photon-nucleon center-of-mass energy of 25.

In Japan, the excessive length of time required for nursing records has become a social problem. A shift to concise "bulleted" records is needed to apply speech recognition and to work with foreign caregivers. Therefore, using 96,000 descriptively described anonymized nursing records, we identified typical situations for each information source and attempted to convert them to "bulleted" records using ChatGPT-3.

Article Synopsis
  • Certain cyanobacteria can switch their light absorption between green and red, a process known as complementary chromatic acclimation.
  • This mechanism is controlled by a photosensor that toggles between two states, green-absorbing (Pg) and red-absorbing (Pr), based on light exposure.
  • The research explains the structural changes in the bilin chromophore during this switch, revealing how it affects light absorption and contributes to the diversity of the phytochrome superfamily.
