We demonstrate a compact ring-assisted Mach-Zehnder interferometer (RAMZI)-based silicon photonic interleaver with a 400 GHz free spectral range (FSR), featuring flat passbands exceeding a spectral range of 50 nm. Additionally, we introduce a novel, to the best of our knowledge, add-on structure and tuning method enabling automated compensation for fabrication imperfections, precise shaping of the RAMZI flat-top passbands, and alignment with Kerr comb lines. Experimental results have shown successful interleaving of eight channels of distributed-feedback (DFB) lasers as well as a 200 GHz Kerr comb, both achieving an extinction ratio of approximately 20 dB.

Pharmacological reactivation of the tumor suppressor p53 remains a key challenge for the treatment of cancer. Acetylation Targeting Chimera (AceTAC), a novel technology is previously reported that hijacks lysine acetyltransferases p300/CBP to acetylate the p53Y220C mutant. However, p300/CBP are the only acetyltransferases harnessed for AceTAC development to date.

The objective of this study is to report recent PCDD/F and PCB human milk concentrations in the United Kingdom (UK) and relate these to two proxies for exposure to municipal waste incinerator (MWI) emissions. As part of the Breast milk, Environment, Early-life, and Development (BEED) study, primiparous individuals were recruited from within 20 km of English MWIs between 2013 and 2015 and asked to provide human milk samples. The samples were analysed for quantitative concentrations of 17 PCDD/F and 12 PCB congeners.
