[Rehabilitation of patients with interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome (IC/BPS)].

After unsuccessful outpatient conservative treatment or invasive inpatient treatment and after cystectomy in interstitial cystitis/bladder pain syndrome (IC/BPS), an inpatient discipline-specific urological rehabilitation (rehab) should be proposed according to the German guideline on IC/BPS. During rehab, diagnostic results will be completed. Multimodal therapy includes the optimisation of lifestyle and medication.

Behçet's disease is a vasculitis of unknown etiology. Vascular involvement is rare, but may be inaugural in many cases. We report a case of Behçet's disease revealed by a symptomatic pseudo-aneurysm of the external iliac artery.

False Aneurysm of the Popliteal Artery Complicated by a Deep Venous Thrombosis Revealing an Exostosis in a 20-Year-Old Woman.

Exostoses or osteochondromas are benign osseous tumors that develop on the bone surface and can be sporadic or hereditary. Their evolution is generally benign, but they may be complicated in some patients by conflicts with the surrounding nervous or vascular structures, in particular arteries. We report a case of false aneurysm of the popliteal artery secondary to an isolated exostosis of the left femur in a 20-year-old woman.

Prostate cancer infiltrating the bladder sphincter successfully treated with Electrochemotherapy: a case report.

We demonstrate feasibility and safety of Electrochemotherapy for treatment of a prostate cancer (PCa) with infiltration of the urethral sphincter. The patient remained continent and potent, toxicity was low, and 6 months of follow-up showed no cancer activity. We conclude that Electrochemotherapy should be further evaluated as treatment strategy for locally advanced PCa.

Aneurysms of the internal thoracic artery (ITA) are rare and can have many etiologies. Hyperflow is an exceptional etiology. We report the case of a 56-year-old woman who presented with a stress-induced ischemia of the left arm.
