Pyomyositis is defined as suppurative infection of the skeletal muscle and usually occurs in immunocompromized patients. We managed a 23-year-old man admitted for myalgia and evidence of infection, with onset after a strenuous physical activity. Numerous muscles were involved.

Non-Hodgkin's malignant lymphoma is rarely located in the soft tissue of the chin making diagnosis difficult. Clinical signs are non-specific: progressive weight loss, asthenia, fever, an inflammatory tumefaction unresponsive to medical treatment. Imaging shows a homogeneous tumefaction of the soft tissues.

The authors report the case of a 39-year-old man presenting with renal colic attributed to a renal tumour diagnosed on CT scan. Treatment consisted of total nephrectomy in the absence of a definitive intraoperative histological diagnosis of renal lymphangioma. Renal lymphangioma is a rare benign tumour, probably derived from a congenital malformation of the lymphatic system.

Study Aim: The aim of this retrospective study was to report a series of patients with hydatid cyst opened in the biliary tract, who were operated in Morocco.

Patients And Method: From 1991 to 1998, among 250 hydatid cysts of the liver operated in the same center, 64 were in communication with the biliary tract (25%). There were 39 men and 25 women.
