Objectives: To assess the impact of pilot Transnasal endoscopy (TNE) services on workforce efficiency, allocated procedure times and patient tolerance of procedures. The aim was to also understand the challenges of setting up a TNE service.
Methods: Six-month data was collected from ten sites.
Background: The nutrition transition is linked to the double-burden of malnutrition worldwide, and its impact on the quality of life is considerable. The dietary diversity score and self-rated health are two proxies that have been used to assess, for the former, nutrient adequacy and overall diet quality, and for the latter, health from a sociological, epidemiological and economical lens. The general aim of this study was to evaluate the relation between food and subjective health, and to test the hypothesis that greater dietary diversity is positively associated with a better perception of health.

However, limited evidence exists on the efficacy of technology-driven, multidomain community-based interventions for preventing cognitive decline.
Objectives: To evaluate the efficacy of ADL+, an artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled digital toolkit integrating cognitive assessments and multidomain interventions, on outcomes of cognitive function, activity levels, and quality of life in older adults at risk of cognitive decline.
Introduction: Neonatal postoperative outcomes may be negatively affected by perioperative red blood cell transfusion (RBCT). This study compared 30-day postoperative outcomes between transfused and non-transfused neonates.
Methods: The National Surgical Quality Improvement Program (NSQIP) Pediatric dataset (2021-2022) was used to analyze the association between RBCT and 30-day morbidity and mortality after neonatal surgery.
Objectives: The project aimed to assess health visitors' concordance with evidence-based criteria regarding identification and support of postnatal depression in mothers receiving the health visiting service.
Introduction: Timely identification is critical to support mothers at risk of postnatal depression. Undetected and untreated postnatal depression can result in severe consequences for the mother's health, infant health and development, and well-being of the family as a whole.
