This editorial explores the application of implementation science methodologies within simulation-based health professions education. It introduces two models, the adapted implementation model for simulation (AIM-SIM) and the implementation quality rubric for simulation (IQR-SIM), tailored to optimize educational simulation programs' development, implementation, and long-term sustainability in simulation contexts. These models are introduced against the backdrop of their development process, which notably lacked a formal needs assessment, highlighting a critical gap in their foundational preparation.

Virtual reality (VR) technology has emerged as a promising tool to adopt certain elements of existing CG psychoeducation programs, such as the Reitman Centre CARERS (coaching, advocacy, respite, education, relationship, and simulation) program, which has been shown effective in reducing CG burden and stress and building the required skills for caring for PWD. The nanocomposite have been characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), X-photoelectron microscopy (XPS), Field emission-scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM) thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) and LCR meter. The XRD results show synthesis anatase TiO phase with tetragonal structure and (monoclinic and cubic) mixture structure of SmO.
