Ultrasound-Guided de Quervain's Tendon Release, Feasibility, and First Outcomes.

 de Quervain's syndrome is one of the main tendonitis of the wrist. The hypothesis of authors was that de Quervain's syndrome could be successfully treated with a specific ultrasound-guided percutaneous procedure, as it is for trigger finger.  Identification of the subcompartmentalization of the first extensor compartment was performed first, using the Hiranuma's classification, prior to the surgery.

Arthroscopic congruent-arc shoulder bone-block for severe glenoid bone defect: Preliminary report.

Introduction: Glenoid bone defect remains a surgical challenge in managing anterior shoulder instability. The technique first described by Latarjet has become the gold standard, but may fail to restore fully normal anatomy in case of severe "inverted-pear" glenoid bone defect. Likewise, the naturally "banana-shaped" coracoid process fails to match this flat shoulder.

All arthroscopic augmented Vargas procedure: An option after failed acromioclavicular joint dislocation reconstruction. A technical note.

Unlabelled: Few salvage procedures have been described after a failed Weaver-Dunn procedure. We hypothesized that it was possible to perform an all-arthroscopic revision with a reflected vascularized conjoint tendon into the distal resected clavicle (Vargas procedure) augmented by an artificial coraco-clavicular ligament. Two patients were enrolled.

Arthroscopic-assisted latissimus dorsi transfer for subscapularis deficiency.

Unlabelled: Few salvage procedures have been described in case of irreparable subscapularis tear and with variable outcomes. Latissimus dorsi transfer has been widely proposed as a transfer for irreparable posterio-superior rotator cuff tear with good outcomes. The anatomic feasibility of the latissimus dorsi to reconstruct the antero-superior irreparable rotator cuff tear has been suggested, but no clinical study has ever been published.

Biceps tenodesis (long head): arthroscopic keyhole technique versus arthroscopic interference screw: a prospective comparative clinical and radiographic marker study.

Purpose: The long head biceps tenodesis (LHBT) is an alternative to tenotomy in order to prevent Popeye sign.Biomechanical studies showed that interference screw(IFS) was the strongest fixation but there might be complications and cost. What's more, the analyses of tenodesis failures are undervalued because they only take visible deformations of the arm into account.
