[Dilution hyponatremia and conserved natriuresis in pulmonary tuberculosis (author's transl)].

Association of dilution hyponatremia and normal natriuresis produce an inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone. In this pulmonary tuberculosis case we report manifestations along with the other biological criteria of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone. All disturbances cease when pulmonary tuberculosis is cured.
