Natural language processing to evaluate texting conversations between patients and healthcare providers during COVID-19 Home-Based Care in Rwanda at scale.

Community isolation of patients with communicable infectious diseases limits spread of pathogens but our understanding of isolated patients' needs and challenges is incomplete. Rwanda deployed a digital health service nationally to assist public health clinicians to remotely monitor and support SARS-CoV-2 cases via their mobile phones using daily interactive short message service (SMS) check-ins. We aimed to assess the texting patterns and communicated topics to better understand patient experiences.

A graphical exploration of the relationship between parasite aggregation indices.

The level of aggregation in parasite populations is frequently incorporated into ecological studies. It is measured in various ways including variance-to-mean ratio, mean crowding, the k parameter of the negative binomial distribution and indices based on the Lorenz curve such as the Gini index (Poulin's D) and the Hoover index. Assuming the frequency distributions follow a negative binomial, we use contour plots to clarify the relationships between aggregation indices, mean abundance and prevalence.

Climate modeling suggests that achieving international climate goals requires a reduction in current CO emissions by over 90%, with any remaining emissions to be addressed through carbon dioxide removal (CDR) solutions. This evaluation, conducted by ENGIE's scientific council using an interdisciplinary Delphi panel methodology, proposes a "quality" measure for each technology.

The range of scales at which organisms respond to those interventions, along with the many outcomes which management aims to achieve can make determining the success of management complex. Environmental flow is an example of management where there is a recognized need for managers to demonstrate the impact of their actions by integrating different types of environmental responses.
