[Molecular aspects of the impact of the Speroton complex on the male fertility in idiopathic infertility].

Aim: To characterize the effect of the Speroton complex on the free radical homeostasis in the ejaculate of males of infertile couples and the likelihood of pregnancy in partners.

Materials And Methods: The study group comprised 30 men aged between 26 and 43 years (mean 33 +/- 4.8 years) with idiopathic infertility.

[Hormonal balance of wheat infected with Helminthosporium sativum].

Using immunoenzyme assay, we studied the levels of phytohormones in resistant and susceptible varieties of wheat infected with Helminthosporium sativum. The infection of wheat with this pathogen leads to an increase in cytokinins in plants of the resistant variety in the presence of stable IAA/ABA ratio. The level of ABA increases in the infected plants of the susceptible variety.
