Two pediatric cases are described presenting a conjunction of Addison's disease and hypoparathyroidism. One of the two cases also exhibits moniliasis of the oral cavity (Whitaker's disease). A full report is given of the symptoms and of the laboratory analyses which have motivated the diagnosis, and of the endocrinological function tests which were intended to confirm the diagnosis.

The patient showed S-A conduction disturbances (Mobitz 1 sinoatrial exit block) as noted in two sequential 24-hour recording periods, and a pathologic response to atropine test. An involvement of the A-V node was also present, made clear by a first and a second degree Mobitz 1 block.
