The purpose of current study was to assess the impact of ALA-coated gold nanoclusters (Au NPs) on the combined therapeutic effects of radiotherapy (RT) and photodynamic therapy (PDT) on healthy MCF-10A and MCF-7 breast cancer cells. The Au NPs were covered with ALA using PEG polymer, resulting in the synthesis of Au@ALA NPs. The successful synthesis of the final NPs was confirmed through FTIR, XRD, TEM, and UV-Vis tests.
