To review current knowledge of the association between bed-sharing and breastfeeding behaviors during infancy. A systematic review methodology was employed following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses method and utilizing the Effective Public Health Practice Project Quality Assessment Tool for Quantitative Studies for quality assessment. Inclusion criteria were quantitative or mixed-methods studies published between 1993 and 2022 that provided data on the association between bed-sharing and breastfeeding for postpartum mothers of infants 0-12 months.

The World Health Organization and authoritative clinical and public health agencies promote 4 chronic disease management (CDM) approaches that are low-cost and can be delivered in home and community sites: pharmacologic, behavioral, monitoring, and minimally invasive dentistry (MID). The extent of adoption of these approaches among US pediatric dentists is unknown.

Celiac disease is an autoimmune condition that affects approximately 1% of the worldwide community. Originally thought to be confined mostly to the small intestine, resulting in villous atrophy and nutrient malabsorption, it has more recently been implicated in systemic manifestations as well, particularly when undiagnosed or left untreated. Herein, the physical and psychological symptoms of celiac disease are described and explored.
