Objectives: to construct and validate an educational game on biosafety in the Central Sterile Supply Department of a hospital in Curitiba, PR.

Methods: the study was conducted using a quantitative approach, employing applied and technological research with an exploratory design. The process was divided into six stages, from the definition of the theme to the validation and application of the game.

 To investigate psychosocial factors at work, sleep characteristics, and the correlation between these aspects in healthcare workers.  A cross-sectional e-survey study was conducted with 125 workers of the Brazilian healthcare system, mostly from the Southeast region, from June 2021 to April 2022.
