Alpha-particles induced reactions on Zr as a pathway of medical Nb production.

- Researchers investigated how zirconium reacts when hit by alpha-particles of up to 60 MeV using a technique called stacked foils.
- They measured the production cross-sections for radionuclides of zirconium (Zr), niobium (Nb), and molybdenum (Mo), and computed the thick target yields.
- The study suggests that niobium can be produced by first creating molybdenum, estimating a yield of 19.6 MBq/(μA·h) for Mo, which translates to 4 MBq/(μA·h) for Nb after decay.

It is essential to compare both types to understand their efficiencies. In this article, we studied inverted perovskite solar cells with NiO/CHNHPb/ETL (ETL = MoO, TiO, ZnO) structures.

Objective: To present a treatment program for patients with cholelithiasis in the region in accordance with modern requirements for the quality of medical care in the realities of a three-level system of surgical care.
Material And Methods: The results of treatment of patients with cholelithiasis at various levels of medical care were analyzed with an assessment of the indicators of operational activity of performing cholecystectomy by laparoscopic and open methods, the development of complications of surgery and inpatient mortality.
Results: A programmatic approach has been developed to assist patients with cholelithiasis in the conditions of regional healthcare at different levels of surgical care.
Introduction: Four terbium isotopes Tb emitting various types of radiation can be used for both diagnostics and therapy. Tb emits positrons and is ideal for PET. Tb is considered a promising Auger emitter and a diagnostic pair for other terbium therapeutic isotopes.
