[Endovascular treatment of patients suffering from multifocal atherosclerosis in a clinic without cardiovascular support].

The article reflects the present-day aspects concerning comprehensive clinical and radiological diagnosis of multifocal atherosclerosis with the involvement of the coronary, renal, brachiocephalic arteries and arteries of the lower limbs. Confirmed herein is clinical efficacy and safety of endovascular treatment for multifocal atherosclerosis in a clinical hospital without cardiosurgical support.

[Complex radiation diagnosis of nephroptosis in children].

This paper analyzes a comprehensive study of 45 children treated at the Unit of Urology, Children's Republican Clinical Hospital One, Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation. Twenty children operated on for second- and third-degree nephroptosis made up an individual group. Clinical, laboratory, and radiation studies were performed 8-25 years after surgical treatment, by using radiation diagnostic techniques, such as excretory urography, ultrasonography, dynamic scintigraphy, aortography, Doppler color mapping ultrasonography.

[Potentialities of magnetic resonance imaging in the complex of prenatal radiation diagnosis of fetal malformations].

The purpose of the study was to investigate the potentialities of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the complex of prenatal radiation diagnosis of fetal malformations. Twenty-eight female patients with suspected fetal malformations were examined. Ultrasound study was supplemented by MRI according to a specially developed protocol.

[X-ray computerized tomography in the differential diagnosis of gastric ulceration].

The results of more than 3000 gastric examinations were used to study the potentialities of X-ray computerized tomography in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant gastric ulcerations. CT evidence for benign and malignant gastric ulcerations is outlined. The place and role of CT in the diagnostic algorithm for gastric ulcerations are defined.

[X-ray endoscopic semiotics and diagnostic algorithm of radiation studies of preneoplastic gastric mucosa changes].

The X-ray endoscopic semiotics of precancerous gastric mucosal changes (epithelial dysplasia, intestinal epithelial rearrangement) was examined by the results of 1574 gastric examination. A diagnostic algorithm was developed for radiation studies in the diagnosis of the above pathology.
