[Percutaneous closure of a ductus arteriosus with a Gianturco coil in an infant weighing 3.2 kg].

We report a case of an infant, with Down's syndrome that weighted 3.2 K and had cardiorespiratory distress due to patent ductus arteriosus. Echocardiogram showed evidence of pulmonary hypertension.
