[Role of arteriography and x-ray computed tomography in the current evaluation of pigmented villonodular synovitis].

The angiographic characteristics of five surgically proven cases of pigmented villonodular synovitis are reported. A CT scan was performed in one case. CT scan arthrography is very useful when it demonstrates regions of high attenuation.
