Kinetic study of neutrophil and inflammatory fluid beta glucuronidase.

Beta glucuronidase obtained from rat inflammatory fluid and granulocytes was studied kinetically. Linear increases in activity occurred with time and enzyme concentration. No evidence of enzyme degradation during incubation was obtained.
