Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is an autoimmune disease characterized by damage to organs and cells, initially mediated by tissue-binding autoantibodies and immune complexes. Lymphomas have been frequently reported, but the association of SLE with acute leukemia is rare and likely coincidental. We report a case of a 40-year-old female admitted for an etiological diagnosis of fever and dyspnea with peripheral edema.

CD, a cyclic oligosaccharide containing glucopyranose units, acts as a versatile guest molecule, forming inclusion complexes (ICs) with various host molecules. Computational studies have become instrumental in elucidating the intricate interactions between β-CD and guest molecules, enabling the prediction of binding energy, forces, affinity, and complex stability.

Background: The transition from medical student to intern represents a challenging period of professional and personal development. This study aimed to explore junior doctors' experiences navigating this critical passage.
Materials And Methods: An exploratory qualitative study was conducted on a junior intern doctor working in a tertiary care hospital, in Gujarat.
Background: Identifying risk factors for HIV rebound after treatment interruption is crucial for designing effective remission strategies.
Methods: Peripheral blood mononuclear cells from participants in the Zurich HIV Primary Infection Cohort (ZPHI, N=73) and ACTG study A5345 (N=44) were analyzed before ART interruption. We measured cell-associated HIV RNA, total HIV DNA, and proviral diversity (env gene).
