Multiplexed Immunofluorescence (MxIF) enables detailed immune cell phenotyping, providing critical insights into cell behavior within the tumor immune microenvironment (TIME). However, signal integrity can be compromised due to the complex cyclic staining processes inherent to MxIF. Hematoxylin and Eosin (H&E) staining, on the other hand, offers complementary information through its depiction of cell morphology and texture patterns and is often visually cross-referenced with MxIF in clinical settings.

This paper outlines methods by which casework material might be used to potentially detect issues within understanding of uncertainties (and therefore improve the reliability of analyses) by reviewing the properties of casework material in parallel with the casework assessment being conducted.

The aim of the current study was to investigate if factors of cognitive status, physical performance, and neighborhood characteristics were associated with outdoor frequency among older adults.
Method: This cross-sectional study used National Health and Aging Trends Study data to characterize outdoor frequency among Medicare beneficiaries by participant demographics, health, and neighborhood characteristics, and estimated relationships between participant factors and outdoor frequency.
Purpose: Sociocultural characteristics, including race/ethnicity and socioeconomic status (SES), may affect individuals' attitudes and norms regarding alcohol use and treatment as well as their access to emerging health knowledge, innovative technologies, and general resources for improving health. As a result of these differences, as well as social determinants of health such as stigma and uneven enforcement, alcohol policies may not benefit all population subgroups equally. This review addresses research conducted within the last decade that examined differential effects of alcohol policies on alcohol consumption, alcohol harm, and alcohol treatment admissions across racial/ethnic and socioeconomic groups.
