Hemolymphangioma is a benign tumor resulting from the abnormal development of the lymphatic vessels associated with vascular malformations. 50% to 60% of these tumours are present at birth. Cervical forms are most frequent.

The authors report and emphasize the lack of special clinical, radiological and endoscopic signs of duodenal tuberculosis. The diagnosis is affirmed, at laparotomy, out of the findings of peritoneal granulations or histology of lymphatic nodes.
