Objectives: This purpose of this study was to examine (a) the effects of a video intervention on decreasing racial color-blindness, increasing White people's empathy toward racism (i.e., White empathy), and increasing willingness to confront White privilege; and (b) whether ethnocultural empathy moderated the effect of this intervention on these two outcomes.

Benefits and Adverse Events Associated With Extended Antibiotic Use for One Year Following Periprosthetic Joint Infection in Total Knee Arthroplasty: A Prospective Cohort Analysis.

Background: Periprosthetic joint infections (PJIs) are common and serious complications following knee and hip arthroplasty. Our previous retrospective study suggested extended antibiotics following debridement, antibiotics, and implant retention (DAIR) decreased failure rates and were not associated with increased adverse events (AEs) as compared to a standard 6 weeks of antibiotic therapy. Further, extended antibiotics beyond one year did not provide additional benefits.

Sitravatinib in patients with solid tumors selected by molecular alterations: results from a Phase Ib study.

We report clinical activity and safety of sitravatinib in patients with advanced cancer from basket cohorts with specific molecular alterations, in a Phase Ib study. Patients with advanced solid tumors harboring amplification, mutation, or rearrangement of , , , , , , , or received sitravatinib once daily. Primary end point was confirmed objective response rate (ORR).
