Introduction: Since 2005, the Centro de Referência em Saúde do Trabalhador in the state of Santa Catarina has promoted several training in Vigilância em Saúde do Trabalhador for public health inspectors in the state, so that they can intervene in potentially sick work environments.
Objectives: To evaluate the Vigilância em Saúde do Trabalhador actions carried out by the health surveillance agencies of the state of Santa Catarina and to verify the perception of inspectors regarding the technical preparation for the performance.
Methods: Sample: 257 inspectors from 134 municipalities.
Objectives: This study was conducted to evaluate and compare the tip and taper compatibility of accessory gutta-percha points (AGPs) with various rotary and reciprocating instruments.
Materials And Methods: Using a profile analyzer, tip and taper measurements were taken of 10 AGPs of each of the 14 models available from Odous de Deus and the 4 models available from Dentsply-Maillefer. Diameter measurements were taken at 1-mm intervals, from 3 mm from the tip (D3) to 16 mm.
Objectives: To evaluate the levels of salivary cortisol in adults and children diagnosed with bruxism.
Methods: A search strategy was developed using the following terms: "cortisol", "bruxism" and "sleep bruxism". These were searched in databases: Medline, Embase, Scopus, Cochrane, Web of Science, LILACS and gray literature, for studies published until May 2020.
Background: A periodontal lesion is a consequence of chronic inflammatory processes, itself triggered by a bacterial infection of the pulpal and endodontic microenvironment. Evidence suggests that periodontal lesion induction could alter inflammatory cytokines leading to behavior changes. These effects in the context of anxiety and depressive behavior have been not full investigated.

Methods: An exhaustive search of publications from 1986 to 2016 was performed of Medline, Embase and Cochrane (and related databases), including grey literature. Primary diagnostic accuracy studies that assessed oral cancer (target condition) using MRI (index test) were included.
