Harmonious ageing: a narrative review of music therapy in the biomedical literature.

Purpose: As the global population of older adults rises, the United Nations Decade of Healthy Ageing (2021-2030) advocates for disease prevention, management, and enhancing overall wellbeing in older adults. We reviewed the MEDLINE literature under the MeSH term "music therapy" (MT), for its role in promoting healthy ageing.

Methods: A systematic search of the MEDLINE biomedical database (Ovid) was conducted using "MT" and "Ageing" as keywords, retrieving relevant full-text studies in English.

Multi-institutional report of trastuzumab deruxtecan and stereotactic radiosurgery for HER2 positive and HER2-low breast cancer brain metastases.

Trastuzumab-deruxtecan (T-DXd) has demonstrated intracranial efficacy; however, safety and efficacy data remains limited with stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS). A multi-institutional review was performed with HER2+ or HER2-low metastatic breast cancer treated with T-DXd and SRS for active brain metastases. We identified 215 lesions treated over 48 SRS courses in 34 patients.

Jejunal Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor: A Rare, Elusive, and Formidable Cause of Obscure Bleeding.

Gastrointestinal bleeding is classified as obscure in 5% of patients who remain symptomatic after undergoing upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, and small bowel capsule endoscopy. We present a case of a 45-year-old male who had obscure bleeding for eight years and presented with hemorrhagic shock. He was found to have an ulcerated intra-luminal jejunal lesion on enteroscopy, then had surgical resection that revealed a low-risk gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST).

In the present study, we investigated the occurrence, molecular evolution and possible role(s) of these unknown genes in tomato crops.
