Introduction: Physiotherapists' (PTs) assumptions about disability, for the most part unrecognized and unquestioned, may or may not be aligned with the vision of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health (ICF). They can influence a wide range of PT practices and impact the lives of patients.
