Background: Allogeneic bone marrow transplantation remains the most potent curative therapy for acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) due to the graft-versus-tumor effect provided by donor cells. Donor chimerism is utilized early after transplantation to evaluate engraftment and to monitor the persistence of donor hematopoiesis.

Objective(s): Literature is conflicting regarding to the prognostic utility of early mixed donor chimerism, chimerism kinetic patterns as well as factors associated with it and we sought to clarify this uncertainty.

Professionals examine various aspects of girls' and boys' drawings as a way of understanding their intelligence, personality and emotional state. However, the extent to which such measures could be universally generalised or attributed to a specific cultural norm is still a debatable issue. In the present study five key features of children's drawings namely: the size (height) of the drawings, profile or full face, figure in action or static, shaded or non-shaded and the nature of additional details were examined from a cross-cultural perspective, and by providing a topic (football) for which children's drawing of a human figure could provide opportunities for the latter indices to manifest and flourish.

The presented study was aimed at identifying for the first time the influence of sports vision exercises on fundamental motor skills and cognitive skills of 7- to 10-year-old developmental dyslexic Persian children. A pretest-posttest quasi-experimental study was conducted. The statistical population of this study was 7- to 10-year-old dyslexic children referring to two centres of learning disorder in the city of Isfahan.
